Issues of Expanding International Cooperation in the Development of the Startup Ecosystem Were Discussed

For reference, the Plug and Play Tech Center is an international innovation platform and venture accelerator founded in Silicon Valley, USA. The company focuses on establishing innovative cooperation among startups, large corporations, investors, universities, and government organizations, as well as implementing acceleration programs and bringing promising technological projects to global markets. The platform features an ecosystem comprising over 65 offices worldwide, more than 600 corporate partners, and over 100,000 startups.
During the meeting, discussions focused on developing the university startup ecosystem in Uzbekistan, supporting the innovative initiatives of youth, commercializing scientific developments, and launching international acceleration programs.
In particular, the parties considered opportunities for cooperation in organizing special acceleration programs with the participation of higher education institutions, holding national competitions for university startups, facilitating technology transfer, and bringing innovative projects to global markets. Furthermore, they exchanged views on integrating talented youth into international startup ecosystems and expanding cooperation with investors and technology companies.
The parties agreed to jointly implement practical initiatives aimed at further strengthening cooperation between innovations, startups, and universities, as well as fostering the innovative entrepreneurship environment in Uzbekistan.
