Employment of Uzbek Medical Personnel in European Clinics Discussed

Representatives of the company provided information about their activities, their network of clinics in the European Union countries, and their need for medical personnel, expressing an interest in establishing practical cooperation with Uzbekistan.
The negotiations considered the possibilities of employing graduates of Uzbek medical higher educational institutions in clinics across countries such as Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The company noted an existing demand for young specialists from Uzbekistan in these countries.
Additionally, the meeting covered the issue of organizing internships in European countries for medical students. Company representatives expressed their readiness to cooperate in familiarizing students with clinic operations, modern standards of medical services, and the requirements of the international labor market.
The parties also specifically highlighted the prospects for cooperation in vocational education, particularly in nursing. They discussed the possibilities of implementing joint projects aimed at developing the practical skills of medical college graduates based on international standards and ensuring their employment in foreign clinics.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was reached to study the proposals in detail, develop specific mechanisms for cooperation, and continue negotiations with the participation of medical higher education institutions and professional educational organizations.
