In connection with reports on social media stating that students are required to provide a self-employment certificate to obtain a diploma, the following is reported.
According to the current procedure, the issuance of diplomas to graduates by higher educational organizations does not require a certificate of self-employment. The process of issuing a diploma is carried out based on the established regulatory documents.
In some cases, such data may be requested for graduate employment monitoring or statistical reporting, but this is not a mandatory requirement for diploma issuance.
If such a document is mandatory for students, it is recommended to apply accordingly.
