The seminar was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, Kungirotboy Sharipov; the Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Uzavtosanoat" JSC, Davron Khidoyatov; as well as rectors from nearly 20 higher education institutions across the republic and industry experts.
Participants closely observed the production process of modern agricultural machinery manufactured by the plant, the assembly process of world-renowned "Claas" combines, and the practical results of the dual education system established for TSAU students.
Notably, students currently enrolled in the dual education program are provided with a comprehensive social package. This includes free transportation and hot lunches, a special uniform, and a monthly salary of approximately 3 million Uzbek soums. Participants discussed the prospects of widely implementing this positive experience in other universities.
Opening the main event, Minister Kungirotboy Sharipov emphasized that the dual education model is yielding significant results within the agricultural education system.
At the conclusion of the seminar, cooperation agreements were signed between "Tashkent Tractor Plant" LLC and higher education institutions training personnel for the agro-industrial sector. These agreements focus on engaging students in practical internships and developing the dual education system.
This partnership represents a strategic move aimed at increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market and ensuring they are ready to work as qualified specialists immediately upon graduation.
According to the agreements, students will spend a portion of their academic time directly in the factory workshops, working on assembly lines for modern technologies and world-famous brands like "Claas". During the production process, each student will be assigned an experienced engineer-specialist to serve as a mentor.
