The Republican Stage of the “Zakovat” Intellectual Competition Among Students Was Held

The final stage of the competition, which covered a total of 509 secondary specialized and vocational educational institutions across the country, has been conducted.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Public Fund for the Support and Development of National Mass Media, the Youth Affairs Agency, and the NGO “Zakovat Intellectual Club.”
As a result of intense competition among 42 teams from educational institutions that advanced to the republican stage through regional qualifying rounds, the following teams won prize places:
1st place: Team of the “Yosh Chegarachilar” Military Academic Lyceum
2nd place: Team of the Fergana Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
3rd place: Team of the Academic Lyceum of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service
Each member of these teams was awarded a laptop by the organizers.
From now on, the members of these teams will be admitted to higher education institutions on a basic tuition-contract basis without entrance examinations.
In addition, each of them will receive a monthly “Zakovat” scholarship for one academic year.
