Festival "The Breath of Navruz and the Cultures of Amir Temur's Empire" Held

The event aimed to honor national values, strengthen friendship and harmony between different cultures, and promote the legacy of the great commander, Amir Temur.
The Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kungratbay Sharipov, along with other guests, were solemnly welcomed and introduced to the national festivities and cultural exhibitions organized on the university campus.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Sherzodkhon Kudratkhodja. Following the opening, the program featured a theatrical performance of Amir Temur’s ceremonial welcome accompanied by a military band. National dances of Georgia, India, and Turkey were performed, and a stage play titled "Amir Temur’s War Council Before the Battle" was presented.
Performances by the Ministry of Defense ensemble lifted the spirits of the audience. Students of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod organized a national costume fashion show, and various singers performed traditional songs.
The event was attended by representatives from Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Georgia, India, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Central Asian countries, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and various international organizations.
This festival not only showcased the rich traditions of Navruz but also brought together representatives of various nations and cultures in one venue, serving to strengthen the spirit of mutual respect and cooperation.
