First, at the meeting of the council, the issues of introducing new positions, structural units and additional staff units in the organizational structure of the institute were considered. Subsequently, reports from industry vice-rectors were heard regarding the implementation of tasks defined in the "Roadmap" for the development of the institute in the 2025/2026 academic year.
At the event, special attention was paid to improving and digitalizing the educational process, increasing the quality of education and scientific potential, and ensuring the effectiveness of scientific research. Priority tasks were also identified for improving the social and spiritual environment in the institution and for the meaningful organization of students' leisure time.
Members of the Supervisory Board discussed prospective plans for expanding cooperation with foreign higher education institutions ranked in the top 1000, attracting investment, increasing the institute's export potential, and improving its position in international rankings.
