Partnership Proposal for the Organization of Foreign Professional Development and Internship Programs

Within the framework of this project in 2026, it is planned to send teaching staff of vocational schools of Uzbekistan to foreign countries in the following educational fields:

Note: It is highly desirable to organize foreign internship programs in developed countries of Western and Northern Europe, North America, and Asia.
Key Requirements for the Programs Proposed professional development and internship programs should: • Focus on developing pedagogical and practical skills; • Include elements of dual education and TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training); • Be implemented by reputable state-recognized educational institutions or enterprises; • Provide a certificate or a supporting document upon completion.
The program should ideally include the following components: • Modern teaching methodologies and innovative pedagogical approaches; • Laboratory classes and practical participation in production processes; • Trainings, seminars, and master classes; • Workshops on improving educational curricula; • Practical skills in working with advanced technologies.
Proposed programs can be implemented in a hybrid (online and offline) or fully offline format, being either short-term (5–10 days) or medium-term (2–4 weeks).
Expected outcomes for participants upon program completion: • Develop a practical project for implementation in their own educational institutions; • Submit a report on the acquired knowledge and experience; • Organize training sessions for colleagues (training of trainers); • Introduce new approaches that contribute to improving the overall quality of education.
The following opportunities will be created for partner organizations: • Expanding cooperation with the educational system of Uzbekistan; • Implementing joint educational projects in the field of vocational education; • Developing new markets and partnership networks; • Gaining access to a pool of potential students and professionals; • Joint participation in international grants and collaborative programs.
Financial, organizational, and other program-related terms will be agreed upon during bilateral negotiations.
