Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This prestigious event is organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Conference of Rectors of Academic Higher Educational Institutions of Poland (CRASP), the IREG Observatory of Academic Rating and Excellence, and higher educational institutions in the city of Samarkand.

Within the framework of the Congress, several important international dialogue platforms—forums of rectors of European Union states—will be organized.

The event is expected to be attended by education ministers from Central Asian countries and the European Union, rectors of prestigious universities, representatives of international organizations, and academic circles.

Within the framework of the congress, issues of expanding international cooperation in higher education, implementing joint educational programs and scientific projects, developing academic mobility, and implementing innovative approaches will be discussed.

Bilateral B2B meetings, panel sessions, and cultural programs will also be organized for the participants.
