On April 10, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Qoʻngʻirotboy Sharipov visited educational institutions located in the city of Bukhara.

The visit began with the Bukhara City Technical College No. 1. Here, training in professions and specialties has been established based on the international Pearson education program, with particular attention paid to the modern facilities created for the learning process.
Extracurricular activities were also not overlooked — the minister observed the Speaking Club sessions involving students. During the visit, young people demonstrated a strong desire for independent thinking and communication in foreign languages.
The minister also reviewed the college’s information-resource center, the activists’ hall, and sports hall activities, and held a meaningful discussion with physical education teachers. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring that young people develop not only academically but also physically and holistically.
The next destination of the visit was the Bukhara College of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. Here, the minister reviewed activities carried out במסגרת international cooperation, students’ achievements, and held a sincere dialogue with students studying in the field of “Hotel Management and Organization.”
At this institution as well, the created conditions, the operation of the information-resource center, and sports clubs were thoroughly examined. It was noted that students’ interest and motivation toward their professions, combined with the opportunities provided, create a solid foundation for preparing qualified specialists for the future labor market.
At the end of the visit, the minister issued a number of important instructions aimed at further improving the quality of vocational education, strengthening practical skills, and expanding the implementation of international education programs.
