The provision establishing a minimum duration of 3 years for bachelor’s education is not a new requirement, but rather a legal consolidation of an already existing norm. This requirement has already been предусмотрено in legislation and defines the minimum duration of bachelor’s programs. In certain fields of study, such as physical education, technology, and music education, this practice has already been implemented. Therefore, it does not mean that the duration of study will be reduced to 3 years in all fields.

As for part-time (extramural) education, there are currently students already studying in this format. Therefore, its inclusion in the regulatory document is considered necessary. However, this does not mean that part-time education will be newly introduced or expanded.
