Environmental education, science, and awareness will be accelerated

🔰 The main objectives of this resolution are defined as follows:
🔸 In 2026–2027, to establish the operation of 14 “green” technical schools for training mid-level specialists in each region of the country;
♦️ By 2030, to ensure the training of 10,000 mid-level specialists in “green” technical schools across all regions through further development of environmental education and science;
🔹 In 2026–2028, to increase the number of individuals obtaining scientific degrees in the fields of ecology, environmental protection, and climate change to 150.
📝 Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the educational institutions specified in the resolution will be reorganized into “green” technical schools, where a system for training mid-level specialists will be established based on regional environmental, social, and economic conditions.
➡️ In order to strengthen the material and technical base of the “green” technical schools and improve the quality of education, they will, based on agreements with the Agency for Professional Education, be affiliated with the Central Asian University for Environmental and Climate Studies.
