An open dialogue was held in the Senate of the Oliy Majlis with foreign students studying in the USA

During the conversation, the ongoing reforms in our country in the fields of economics, education, and public administration, initiatives aimed at supporting youth, and international cooperation were discussed.
Senate Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva noted that youth policy is one of the priority areas of state policy and said:
Supporting the initiatives and ideas of young people, creating opportunities for them to acquire modern knowledge and skills is an important priority of state policy.
Shahnoza Mirziyoyeva also emphasized the importance of youth participation in today's global processes:
"It is impossible to discuss the prospects of the future without the participation of young people. Today, the world is changing rapidly, and the decisions being made now directly determine the lives of future generations. Therefore, it is very important to listen to the opinions, initiatives, and especially the issues that concern them. This is a good opportunity to understand how the younger generation envisions the future and what role our country can play in this process."
During the meeting, an exchange of views also took place on the possibilities of expanding cooperation in the field of education, science, and innovation, as well as the implementation of joint scientific and educational projects.
This dialogue was assessed as an important platform contributing to strengthening educational and academic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the USA, developing mutual understanding and trust between young people.
