Attendance Tracking Introduced for Activities Outside the Curriculum

The process includes the following steps:
1️⃣ When creating the class schedule
A session that is not part of the official curriculum can be added to the schedule. A tutor or instructor may be assigned as the responsible person.
2️⃣ In the tutor (or instructor) panel
Navigate to the “Sessions / Conduct Class” page and select the relevant session date from the schedule.
3️⃣ On the attendance page
Based on the list of students in the group, mark the students who are absent and save the information in the system.
❕ Important note
♦️ Currently, this attendance tracking functionality is active for users with the Tutor role in the system.
🔸 Attendance recorded for activities outside the curriculum does not affect a student’s overall attendance percentage in the system.
