“The improvement of the nation begins, first of all, from the mahalla!”

On March 13–14, 2026, a nationwide charity hashar is being held across all regions of the republic under the slogan “The improvement of the nation begins, first of all, from the mahalla!”.
Within the framework of this noble initiative, employees of the central office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as staff of organizations within the system, are actively participating.
During the hashar, the area around the ministry building and its surroundings were improved: agro-technical care was provided for the trees, irrigation ditches were cleaned, soil in planting areas was loosened, and public spaces and pedestrian walkways were put in order.
Such activities contribute to environmental protection, maintaining clean and well-maintained surroundings, and further strengthening ecological awareness within society.
