Number of Test Questions and Assessment Criteria for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Bachelor’s Admission

By the relevant order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the number of test questions and the assessment criteria for subjects included in the entrance tests for bachelor’s degree programs of higher education institutions in Uzbekistan for the 2026/2027 academic year have been approved. The assessment criteria remain the same as in last year’s admission process.

According to the document:
Three compulsory subjects for all applicants:

Native language (Uzbek, Russian, or Karakalpak) — 10 questions

Mathematics — 10 questions

History of Uzbekistan — 10 questions
Each question is worth 1.1 points.
Total: 30 questions — 33 points.
Two subjects corresponding to the chosen bachelor’s program:

Subject 1: 30 questions × 3.1 points = 93.0 points

Subject 2: 30 questions × 2.1 points = 63.0 points
Total: 60 questions — 156.0 points.
Thus, in the 2026/2027 admission process, applicants will be given a total of 90 test questions across 5 subjects.
The maximum possible score is 189 points.
