Presidential Resolution No. PQ–59 dated February 11, 2026, serves to advance the national startup ecosystem, support youth initiatives, and transform higher education institutions into innovation hubs. In accordance with the Resolution, startup ideas will be selected through a phased process involving competitions and acceleration programs. Notably, winners of the “Most Innovative Idea” competition will receive grants of up to 100 million UZS, while a total prize fund of 10 billion UZS has been allocated for the national stage. Accelerators, incubation centers, and the “Universities as Startup Generators” program will be launched within higher education institutions to ensure that students’ innovative ideas are translated into practical implementation.
