Conference Held on the Development of the Student Sports System

During the meeting, the Association’s Charter in its new edition was approved, a Secretary General was elected, and issues related to membership in international sports organizations were discussed. Participants also exchanged views on strengthening the activities of sports clubs within higher education institutions and defined long-term strategic priorities.
In particular, the Association has set a key objective to align university sports clubs with the standards of the International University Sports Federation (FISU), introduce FISU programs within these clubs, and enhance the international brand, image, and ranking of universities through the development of student sports.
At the conclusion of the conference, Muzaffar Pazilov was elected Secretary General of the Uzbekistan Student Sports Association by general vote.
