Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation visits Mirzo Ulugbek School in Karabakh

Sharipov started his visit to Karabakh region by familiarizing with the activities of Mirzo Ulugbek school, established in Fizuli town of Karabakh region on the initiative of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Mirzo Ulugbek School No. 1 is designed for 960 students, has 40 classrooms, 6 laboratories, 2 computer labs, 5 functional classrooms, conference and sports halls, as well as a kitchen and a library. A soccer field, recreational and activity areas, and running tracks have been organized.
Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation K.Sharipov put forward a proposal to translate masterpieces of Uzbek prose and poetry into Azerbaijani language and publish books in order to familiarize and promote our literature, history and culture to Azerbaijani people, as well as to further strengthen ties between our peoples.
