Training for heads of higher education institutions responsible for ICT sphere was held

On May 30 this year, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation in cooperation with Huawei organized a training for heads of higher education institutions responsible for the sphere of information and communication technologies (Chief Digital Officer - CDO).
The event, which was held at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi in a hybrid format, gathered more than 100 trainees. Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Bobur Rakhimov opened the event with an introductory speech. Speakers presented useful and relevant topics such as the activities of Huawei ICT Academy and talent development ecosystem in Uzbekistan, the use of artificial intelligence models in various fields including education, Smart Campus concept, and solutions aimed at digitalization of education.
