The meeting focused on ensuring the effective organization of population and agricultural census activities. It was emphasized that census processes play a crucial role in evidence-based planning of demographic trends, labor resources, social infrastructure, and regional development. The census is being conducted in accordance with international standards and supported by modern digital solutions.
As noted, the census is being carried out in two phases from January 15 to February 28 of the current year. During the first phase, citizens registered online through a dedicated electronic platform. In the second phase, members of the “mahalla seven” conduct door-to-door visits, completing questionnaires via tablet devices.
The meeting included a comprehensive analysis of registration indicators among students of academic lyceums, technical colleges, and higher education institutions within the system of higher education, science, and innovations. Specific tasks were outlined to strengthen outreach efforts, enhance volunteer engagement, and ensure full coverage of the process.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was stressed that leaders of higher education institutions bear personal responsibility for fulfilling the assigned tasks. They were instructed to ensure systematic, high-quality, and timely implementation of all directives.
