 Executive Director of the Fund for Science Financing and Innovation Support Jonibek Tavakalov and Rector of Tashkent Economic University Tulkin Teshabaev were among the delegation members at the opening of the international symposium. This year the symposium was held under the aegis of "New Technologies-Information Technologies-Artificial Intelligence". ISALAJ International Symposium is organized by Balykesir University every year since 2021. It is attended by academicians and professors of higher education institutions from Europe and CIS countries.

Within the framework of the symposium, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Foundation for Science Funding and Innovation Support and Istanbul Commercial University on sending young scientists for short-term scientific internships and strengthening cooperation.
