The event was opened by Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Ivanets, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kongratbai Sharipov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Belarus Rakhmatulla Nazarov.
