In our country, special attention is being paid to widely promoting a culture of reading, publishing new editions and translations, increasing public interest in books, and providing libraries and educational institutions with professional and sector-specific literature.
In this regard, the Presidential Resolution No. PQ–9 dated January 15, 2026, “On Measures to Develop Reading Culture and Increase Public Interest in Reading Books,” has been producing significant results in strengthening reading culture and encouraging book reading among the population.
During the reading hour, employees read books, exchanged views on their meaning and content, and answered interesting questions in a discussion format. This plays an important role in developing a culture of reading among staff, further enhancing their intellectual potential, and creating conditions for meaningful and beneficial use of their free time.
