During the event, the priority tasks outlined in the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan were discussed, and the opinions of профиль specialists were heard.

The Advisor to the Director General of the State Center for Environmental Expertise, Islam Khushvaktov, provided a detailed briefing on the program consisting of six key priority areas, the implementation of which is planned for 2026. In particular, special attention was paid to ensuring environmental balance, developing “green” energy, and the rational use of water resources, which were identified in the Address as the fifth priority area.

The President’s Address emphasizes that ensuring environmental balance, developing “green” energy, and the rational use of water resources constitute one of the six most important priority areas for the country’s comprehensive and sustainable development in the near future.

Within the framework of the event, information was also presented on the changes being introduced to the updated draft of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy, its key goals, and priority areas. The presented materials aroused lively interest among the participants, who expressed their proposals and views on the long-term development of the sector.
