As part of the event, it was also noted that on December 10, 1992, the Law “On the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted, according to which the anthem is a symbol of state sovereignty, and respectful attitude toward it is the patriotic duty of every compatriot. It was particularly emphasized that the citizens of Uzbekistan, as well as other persons residing in the country, are obliged to respect the national anthem.
