During the seminar, special attention was given to technical regulations, normative documents, and safety measures that must be followed when storing, transporting, and using flammable and explosive chemical substances. Participants received practical guidance on preventing accidents and fires, ensuring safe working conditions, conducting regular inspections of control and measuring equipment, and responding effectively to emergencies.
Representatives of the territorial administration noted that some customs warehouses operating in Tashkent are not yet registered in the “ekotizim.cirns.uz” information system. As a result, additional inspections are planned to assess the safety levels and legal compliance of these facilities.
According to officials of the Committee, warehouses not included in the “ekotizim.cirns.uz” platform will be subjected to inspections based on the “risk analysis” mechanism. These inspections will comprehensively assess the technical condition of each facility, the state of its safety infrastructure, fire prevention systems, and procedures for storing chemical substances.
At the end of the seminar, entrepreneurs were provided with recommendations on eliminating existing deficiencies, strengthening the culture of industrial safety, and legally registering their operations in relevant information systems. Such awareness campaigns will continue systematically in the future.
