The incident took place on February 7 at approximately 6:00 PM. The “Top Spin” ride, carrying 26 people, suddenly lost one of its supports after rotating around its axis and crashed to the ground with a heavy impact. As a result, 13 people were injured, according to The Hindu.

For reference: Top Spin (sometimes also called Tsunami) is a dangerous high-speed pendulum ride designed for adults that simulates a “giant wave”: it swings back and forth while simultaneously rotating around its own axis.
