📊 Key Results in Numbers:
✅ Control and Accountability: As a result of 18 compliance checks conducted throughout the year: ➖ Employment contracts were terminated with 3 employees who committed violations; ➖ Disciplinary measures were applied to 7 employees; ➖ Serious preventive discussions were held with 130 employees.
✅ Prevention of Conflict of Interest: All 149 responsible employees of the Committee's central apparatus and regional subdivisions have fully submitted their Conflict of Interest Declarations. The process is under constant monitoring.
✅ Public Procurement and Risk Analysis: ➖ Counterparties for 37 public procurements were vetted – no cases of corruption were detected. ➖ 64 functions of the Committee were analyzed, identifying 3 high-level and 8 medium-level corruption risks. A program to eliminate these risks has been implemented.
✅ Legal Framework: 12 new departmental documents related to the field were adopted, including the "Methodology for Identifying and Assessing Corruption Risks" and the "Code of Ethics."
