Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, PF-224, dated December 24, 2024, and the attached "Roadmap", tasks were assigned for the accounting of pressure vessels and technological devices at hazardous production facilities, as well as their monitoring through the "Risk-based Inspection Program". A successful training seminar was held in Karshi city as part of the implementation of these tasks.

During the seminar, participants were thoroughly briefed on the correct and complete registration of the following types of equipment through the Unified Integrated Information System (ekotizim.cirns.uz) within “Uzbekneftegaz”:

• Cranes (mobile cranes, bridge cranes, and others);

• Pressure vessels;

• Steam boilers;

• Piping systems;

• Pressure vessels in chemical industry facilities;

• Steam and hot water pipelines;

• Boiler-utility units;

• Pressure vessels for LPG (liquefied petroleum gas);

• Devices consuming more than 100,000 cubic meters of natural gas annually;

• Lifting mechanisms.

Participants were provided with practical demonstrations on uploading technical passports, certificates, inspection and testing results, operational conditions, location addresses, and responsible persons' details for each type of equipment. Additionally, guidance was provided on how to correctly fill out registration application forms and upload them into the ECO system, along with mechanisms for resolving errors and maintaining accurate and reliable technical data records.
