Bahadir Mamurov was born in 1981 in Bukhara.
He graduated from Bukhara State University in 2005. His specialty is sports psychology, doctor of pedagogic sciences, professor.
He started his career in 2005 as a teacher of the department of Bukhara State University, worked as the head of the department, dean of the faculty.
B. Mamurov is the author of more than 150 scientific articles, 6 monographs, 8 training manuals, 6 textbooks, and is also one of the authors of the "Pedagogical" encyclopedia.
Prior to his appointment, he worked as the dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture of Bukhara State University.
