The center was established to create modern conditions for young people, fostering their creative and intellectual potential. It is an excellent place not only for gaining knowledge but also for engaging in conversations and making new friends.

The Youth Center is a two-story building, featuring two large libraries and an information resource center connected to the internet. It also has an outdoor area where film screenings are planned during the summer. This space offers youth an opportunity for cultural recreation as well as a closer interaction with modern technologies.
