"Gratitude of New Uzbekistan": A Major Cooperation Memorandum Signed Ahead of the 35th Anniversary of Independence

Independence is a symbol of renewal, development, gratitude, and high spirituality!
Today, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment regarding the collaborative implementation of measures to widely celebrate the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in mahallas.
The event was attended by the leaders of the Mahalla Association of Uzbekistan, the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, the Academy of Arts, the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, and the Youth Affairs Agency. Additionally, representatives of the "Mahalla Seven," 8,992 mahalla chairpersons, youth leaders, and public representatives participated via videoconference from regional studios.
Goals and Objectives
The main objective of this cooperation is to harmonize the potential of the mahalla institution with the capabilities of creative professionals. The priority task is defined as widely promoting the results of reforms implemented in recent years through artistic and creative works, thereby strengthening the feelings of gratitude, patriotism, and a sense of belonging in society.
Planned Major Projects
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the following large-scale activities are planned ahead of the 35th anniversary of our Independence:

Holding creative contests on the theme "Gratitude of New Uzbekistan" ("Yangi O‘zbekiston shukronaligi");

Publishing books titled "Shukronalik" (Gratitude) in 208 districts and cities, as well as in 14 regions;

Creating books and catalogs telling the unique history and present day of each mahalla;

Selecting one best artistic work per season in mahallas to create a catalog of 208 works and organizing photo exhibitions by the end of the year;
-
Awarding the most active and worthy participants with valuable prizes.
This memorandum will elevate the cooperation between the mahalla and the creative community to a new level and serve to further improve the efficiency of spiritual and educational work in the regions.
