CONSTRUCTION OF A PRIVATE PRESCHOOL INSTITUTION.

The priority areas of action for the Ministry of Preschool and School Education were outlined in accordance wih  Precidential Decree No. PF-5712 dated April 29, 2019 on "Approval of the concept for the development of the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan by 2030" and the Annex 1 of the Precidential Decree No. PF-79 dated May 26, 2023 on “Further supporting the private educationinal services sector in preschool, secondary, and extracurricular education, and creating favorable conditions for its comprehensive development."

A private initiative, including a project concept, has been submitted by the private initiative “KHIVA MEDICAL TEKHNIKUM” LLC on a vacant building and land area belonging to the Department of Preschool and School Education of Khiva city, located in the city of Khiva, Khorezm region (on the territory of secondary school No. 18). This project plans to establish a non-governmental school educational organization on a vacant (10,000 sq.m.) plot of land belonging to the Department of Preschool and School Education of Khiva city.

The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated Octobtr 30, 2024 No. 720.

According to Article 17 of the Law on "Public-Private Partnership," if interest forms are received and proposals are submitted by bidders, the public partner will conduct a tender to identify the winner. The tender participans iclude interested bidders in the project and involving parties.
