!!️ ATTENTION: According to the Russian side, filling out this application is voluntary. If you do not register through the application, this circumstance will not affect border control and will not be grounds for refusal of entry into Russia.
App's advantages:
▪️ Know in advance about the presence or absence of prohibitions by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD RF);
▪️after registration, a digital profile of a foreign citizen is created for subsequent use of public services in electronic form, including registration of a voluntary health insurance policy (VHI);
▪️ Based on this information, the foreign citizen will be automatically issued the necessary SNILS for signing a communication agreement (purchasing a SIM card).
