The Migration Agency is publishing the latest information from the SPAS electronic database, which is of great interest to many of our compatriots, as of 29 October 2026.
📊As of 29 October 2026 — 5,702 active candidates.
They are participating in recruitment selections conducted by employers in the Republic of Korea.
🏭 2. Which sectors are candidates registered for?
🔹 Manufacturing — 5,601 candidates (98.23%)
🔹 Service-1 — 90 candidates (1.58%)
🔹 Service-2 — 4 candidates (0.07%)
🔹 Agriculture — 7 candidates (0.12%)
📝 3. In which year did candidates pass the EPS-TOPIK examination?
📅 2024 — 4,200 candidates (73.66%)
📅 2025 — 124 candidates (2.17%)
📅 2026 — 1,378 candidates (24.17%)
⏳ 4. How many candidates will reach the expiry date of their applications by the end of the year?
❗️By 31 December 2026, the validity period of the application details of 2,215 candidates in the SPAS database is expected to expire.
This represents 38.84 percent of all active candidates.

Having active status in the SPAS database does not guarantee employment in Korea. Candidates are selected for employment by employers in the Republic of Korea.
