Another opportunity for those who aim to work in Korea under an E-9 visa!
The Migration Agency, in cooperation with HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, announces the 3rd selection in 2026 for special training courses to prepare skilled workers for the shipbuilding sector.
📍 Place of training: KOICA Center in Fergana city
🏠 Training and dormitory expenses will be covered by the Migration Agency.
💰 Minimum monthly salary: KRW 2.156 million (approximately USD 1,605)
❓ Who can participate?
▪️ Those whose documents in the SPAS database remain valid for at least 6 months after February 5, 2027, meaning they are valid until August 2027;
▪️ Those who successfully passed the 2026 EPS-TOPIK test, submitted their documents for entry into the SPAS database, and are currently undergoing the approval process;
▪️ Those who scored 80 points or higher on the EPS-TOPIK examination for the manufacturing sector;
▪️ Those who scored less than 80 points but have a TOPIK or “King Sejong” certificate;
❗️Age limit:
▪️ Those born after January 1, 1992;
▪️ Those born by December 31, 2006.

To make the process more convenient for candidates, they are provided with an opportunity to familiarize themselves in advance with sample questions that may be asked during the test and interview.

🗓 Important dates:
✅ Document submission — October 6–23
✅ Announcement of candidates with approved documents — October 28
✅ Test and interview — November 2–6
✅ Announcement of candidates accepted for training — November 11
✅ Training period — November 16, 2026 – February 5, 2027
✅ Final assessment — February 10, 2027

🚫 Note:
Those who have previously violated the law in Korea, been fined, worked illegally, or been denied a visa due to forged documents cannot submit their applications!
