They are learning the language and preparing for a profession. But is that enough?

How are candidates who want to work abroad being prepared in the regions? To what extent do the conditions and programs meet the requirements of foreign employers? What problems exist at the lower level of the system?
These were the questions addressed during the study visit to Andijan Region by Muhsinxo‘ja Abdurahmonov, Director of the Migration Agency.
📍At the Center for Training Qualified Specialists in the Construction Sector, training and living conditions, as well as opportunities for practical training, were reviewed. The “Kara” training site project was presented.
Meetings were held with candidates preparing to work in Japan under the REIWA project, and in Germany under the 🇩🇪 Berlin Zentrum and Globogate programs, including healthcare workers.
📍The study was not limited to the regional center. In Ulug‘nor District, an outreach reception was held together with representatives of the local hokimiyat for our compatriots wishing to work abroad.
The results of the system are visible at the lowest level that works directly with citizens.
❓What else needs to be changed so that candidates are not simply sent abroad for work, but are prepared as competitive specialists with language skills, a profession, and the necessary knowledge?
