Head of the Migration Agency Muxsinxo‘ja Abdurahmonov put forward a proposal during a roundtable discussion in Japan with the participation of KEIDANREN and leading companies to train specialists based on the specific needs of employers.
Under this approach, Japanese companies are expected to participate in identifying the required professions and qualification requirements, developing training programs, and assessing candidates.
📊 Current cooperation with Japan in the field of migration:
🔹At the Uzbekistan Proud Academy center in Angren, opened in cooperation with Proud Partners, more than 140 drivers are receiving free language and vocational training.
🔹In Tashkent, training programs in driving, caregiving, and food service have been launched in cooperation with Onodera User Run and Willer Express.
🔹In Qarshi, a Japanese language class has been opened in cooperation with Orion Computer Co., Ltd., and training for construction workers is planned.
🔹More than 200 of our compatriots are working at Shimizu Corporation facilities. At least 576 jobs have been created במסגרת the projects of Onodera User Run, Proud Partners, and Orion Computer Co., Ltd.
💬 “For us, the key indicator is not only the number of citizens sent abroad for employment, but also the quality of their training, compliance with contract terms, employment stability, and professional growth,” emphasized Muxsinxo‘ja Abdurahmonov.
“KEIDANREN” is a business federation that brings together Japan’s leading companies and industry associations.
