The Uzbek citizens who sustained injuries as a result of the tragic incident that occurred on August 10 this year in the city of Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan, were provided with the necessary medical, legal and organizational assistance.
 

Issues related to the treatment and return to Uzbekistan of the injured citizens were addressed through cooperation between the Migration Agency’s Representative Office in Russia, the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kazan, and Uzbekistan Airways JSC.
 

In particular, after the condition of one of our compatriots who had undergone a complex surgical operation was stabilized, medical evacuation was carried out with medical supervision and the necessary medical conditions provided.
 

At present, issues related to preparing and submitting the necessary documents to the relevant organizations to receive compensation payments in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation have been placed under control.
