An online reception was held with the participation of representatives of the Migration Agency and the Committee on Family and Women to hear from our women compatriots abroad.

Around 300 women took part in the dialogue and raised issues related to document processing, returning to Uzbekistan, children’s education, employment, entrepreneurship, and legal and social protection.

Practical measures were also identified based on the appeals. In particular, air tickets were purchased for 5 women and their children who are currently in Aktau and expressed a desire to return to Uzbekistan. They will return to Uzbekistan on September 12.

Other appeals requiring further review have also been placed under control.
