⚠️ In a number of countries, cases of recruiting foreign workers to participate in armed conflicts have become more frequent. This poses a serious threat to your life, freedom, and future.
🚫 The following actions are strictly prohibited:
▪️ approaching areas where armed conflicts or military operations are taking place;
▪️ participating in military operations;
▪️ joining the armed forces, security services, military justice bodies, or other law enforcement or military structures of foreign countries;
▪️ accepting recruitment or enlistment offers from suspicious individuals, groups, or organizations.
Important information:
In accordance with Article 154¹ of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, serving as a mercenary or performing military service for hire in a foreign country is punishable by 3 to 5 years of imprisonment.
🛡 What should you do if you face such a risk?
If you receive a suspicious offer or find yourself in a dangerous situation, immediately contact the diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or the overseas representative offices of the Migration Agency.
Protect your life and your freedom. Always act in accordance with the law.
