During his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Director of the Migration Agency Elyor Toshtemirov, together with representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Belarus, visited the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ).
During the meeting, the parties discussed the procedures for employing Uzbek citizens at MAZ, the candidate interview process, on-the-job training, and adaptation to the new working environment.
🏭 In addition, the production workshops, canteen, dormitory, and other social facilities were inspected to familiarize the delegation with the working and living conditions.
Currently, more than 120 Uzbek citizens are employed at the enterprise, earning an average monthly salary of USD 800–1,000. A meeting was also held with the employees, during which explanations were provided on compliance with labour and migration legislation.
