In this case, a representative of the Migration Agency in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, promptly established contact with the applicants and thoroughly studied their situation.
As a result of the measures taken, the applicants’ documents were retrieved from the employers. It was also established that the consulting company involved in the case does not possess the required license.

Furthermore, meetings were held with all citizens via the Zoom platform, during which their issues were fully examined, and explanations were provided regarding their rights and benefits while working abroad.
The Migration Agency has taken this situation under control and continues its efforts to protect the rights and interests of citizens.
In this regard, citizens are advised to use only official and licensed organizations when seeking employment abroad and not to rely on unverified information.
