Seminar-Trainings on the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Held in Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya Regions

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 14 November 2024 “On Measures to Ensure Reliable Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights and Legal Interests,” the Agency for Cultural Heritage organized practical seminar-trainings for entrepreneurs operating at cultural heritage sites.
The events took place on 25 September in the city of Shahrisabz, Kashkadarya Region, and on 26 September in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya Region. Participants included entrepreneurs working in museums, reserves, and other cultural heritage sites, as well as representatives of the Business Ombudsman, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other relevant organizations.
During the seminars, participants received explanations regarding the rules for using cultural heritage sites, their rights, and mechanisms for protecting legal interests. In addition, entrepreneurs were provided with practical guidance on document preparation, obtaining licenses and permits, while specialists offered detailed instructions on addressing relevant legal issues arising in the course of activities at cultural heritage sites.
The seminar-trainings were aimed at safeguarding entrepreneurs’ rights, as well as increasing their awareness of the preservation and rational use of cultural heritage. Similar events are planned to be organized in other regions of the republic in the near future.
