Cultural Heritage Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Various reports have been circulated on social media regarding the demolition of a single-storey building located in the Mirobod district of Tashkent city. Responsible staff of the Tashkent City Department of the Agency conducted a site visit and carried out monitoring activities.

The building in question had previously functioned as a printing production facility and, since 2001, had been owned by “Temiryo‘lchi” LLC. On August 4, 2025, the property was lawfully purchased by citizen Y.V., and the cadastral documentation was duly formalized in accordance with the established procedure by the State Cadastral Agency. At present, the property is registered as private ownership.

We also inform that, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 846 dated October 4, 2019, the object located at this address is not included in the National List of Cultural Heritage Objects.
