UNICON.UZ discusses cooperation on cross-border electronic document exchange at a forum in Shanghai

On the sidelines of the Global Data Ecosystem Forum, an international forum held in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, UNICON.UZ discussed with representatives of the Shanghai Electronic Certification Authority (SHECA) the next stages of bilateral cooperation on establishing cross-border electronic document exchange and the mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the People’s Republic of China.
Working-level negotiations were also held with representatives of relevant organizations from Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, and Kyrgyzstan. The parties reviewed the status of initiatives on cross-border electronic document exchange and the mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures, as well as prospects for further developing international cooperation in this area.
Participation in the forum marked another step by UNICON.UZ toward strengthening its international cooperation and developing a single space for trusted cross-border electronic services.
