The memorandum establishes the key areas of cooperation under STAR.VISION’s “Strategic Cooperation on Hyperspectral Data and Early Bird Program.” In particular, the parties will cooperate on evaluating and developing practical solutions using data obtained from the “Samarkand 2028” high-performance hyperspectral satellite.
As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to test practical solutions based on hyperspectral satellite data, support research and development activities, test new technologies and assess their effectiveness, as well as explore opportunities for the future commercialization of the solutions developed.
