Seminar-training held within the framework of the “Civil Service Based on National Values” project

The project aims to strengthen respect for and commitment to national and universal human values among civil servants, ensure adherence to spiritual and ethical principles in public service, and support the professional and personal development of employees.
During the seminar-training, participants exchanged views with qualified experts on topics including the role of national values in the civil service, the responsibilities of the modern civil servant, and adherence to spiritual and ethical standards in professional activities.
The event was attended by representatives of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment; the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the Center for Assessment of Executive Personnel under the Agency for Management Efficiency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and the Institute for Studying Youth Issues and Training Promising Personnel.
The seminar featured interactive sessions, discussions, and practical exercises, with particular attention given to the practical application of national and universal human values in the work of civil servants.
At the conclusion of the event, participants exchanged views and recommendations on cultivating high moral and ethical qualities in the civil service, enhancing employee accountability, and strengthening modern civil service principles that serve the interests of the people.
