New Employment Opportunities and Export Potential Expanding in the BPO Sector in Gulistan

During his visit to Sirdarya Region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov familiarized himself with the BPO operations of "Pandaex" LLC, an IT Park resident based in the city of Gulistan.
He reviewed the conditions created for the company's employees, the services provided, and its areas of activity. "Pandaex" currently employs more than 100 staff members, who serve the international market from the city of Gulistan.
During the visit, proposals and recommendations were put forward regarding establishing additional branches for the company in outlying areas of Sirdarya Region, creating new employment opportunities, and increasing export volume.
The development of the BPO sector in the regions is not only creating new employment opportunities for young people, but also enabling them to access international markets from their own place of residence.
